Before lighting your chosen stick - set your intention.
Light a candle, then light your chosen stick from the candle. Allow the stick to light and then blow out the flame so you are left with the stick smoking.
Start at the front door, then cleanse yourself by walking through the smoke a couple of times and wave the stick around your body.
Walk mindfully around your space and cleanse it by moving slowly and waving the smoke into each corner of the room. Holding the smouldering stick over the abalone shell to catch any ashes that may fall.
Extinguish the stick in a bowl of sand.
Follow up with your GROUNDED room spray and for the times you need a little pick me up- spray your GROUNDED room spray around your space.
Walk through a mist of spray and allow the mist to fall around you.
